We provide service to you in three easy steps:
1. First, we will come to you onsite (either your home or your business) to diagnose your computer to figure out what is wrong. If you’re a new local customer who would like to use remote service, we’re happy to help! Initially, however, we like to provide an onsite service call to do the diagnosis and necessary repair service so that you can get to know us, and we can get familiar with how your technology is being used in your space. Once we diagnose your computer and can provide the information you need, we will tell you exactly what we know about the problem. Because computers can be quirky, we never know how long a repair can take. We always tell you as much as we can about the repair upfront, so you decide if you want us to proceed with repairs. Don’t worry, we work fast and accurately and can usually repair your computer in one service call if the computer doesn’t make things difficult.
2. The initial diagnostic appointment is up to an hour, please call for pricing. If you decide that you want us to fix your technology, we apply this fee to any repairs we make on your computer. You can pay this fee upfront on PayPal which you can access directly or via our website, so we can prioritize your appointment.
3. Then, after we diagnose your computer, with your permission we will make the repairs. Our fee for repairs is $1 per minute after we apply the diagnostic fee. After we complete the service, you pay for the repair, and you’re done!
